Arrows pull triple duty in interface text: they signal direction (→ next page), causality (cause ⇒ effect), and emphasis (→ try this). The set below leads with the four compass arrows because they're the most legible at button-label size, then expands to double-line, curved and decorative variants for landing-page hero copy.

When using arrows inside link text — "Read more →" — keep one space between the word and the glyph; tight kerning makes the arrow read as punctuation rather than direction. For RTL languages, mirror your choice: → in English copy becomes ← in Arabic.
